What you can expect
- Direct the conduct of the trial in collaboration with the Principal Investigator and Steering Committee, ensuring adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and participate in patient and public involvement activities
- Train and support site personnel in protocol procedures and data capture
- Organize and document screening, enrolment, follow-up, and study visits
- Act as central contact for Ethics Committees, Competent Authorities, investigators, study nurses, and participants
- Ensure high-quality data collection, perform QC checks, and coordinate resolution of data queries
- Support and monitor recruitment strategies to optimize enrolment
- Report serious and unexpected adverse events to the Sponsor-Investigator and regulatory agencies
- Organize and participate in monitoring visits and audits
Your Profile
- Strong interest in patient-oriented research
- Proven experience in clinical studies, with solid knowledge of GCP, Swiss Ethics Committee processes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English; good knowledge of French and Italian will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple national and international sites
- Advantage: experience in leading multicentre studies and/or a CAS/DAS in Clinical Study Management
